Tickets purchased for events presented by VAMP Productions are non-refundable and
non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation requests from attendees, including but not limited to scheduling
conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, personal circumstances, or non-attendance, are
not eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges.
In the event that Vamp Productions cancels an event, affected ticket holders will be
contacted directly using the contact details provided during purchase. Ticket holders
may be offered the option to transfer their tickets to a rescheduled performance,
another eligible event, or receive a full refund, at the discretion of Vamp Productions.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will remain valid for the
new date unless otherwise advised by the organizer.
Artist line-ups, performance schedules, and event programs may be subject to
change without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
